1、 Basic purpose:

4、 Labeling process analysis:
Bottle loading - conveying - workpiece detection - material limiting - mechanical arm loading - product pressing cylinder - fixture rotation/labeling and covering cylinder reset - mechanical arm material retrieval/loading and unloading - product sending out - conveying - product receiving - this cycle is repeated.
1. The workpiece enters the conveyor belt from the left side;
2. When the workpiece enters the detection area and is detected, the material limiting mechanism slows down the conveying speed of the workpiece to create a distance between them, ensuring time for subsequent labeling;
3. The robotic arm loads the material to the designated position;
4. The product cylinder extends to press down on the workpiece;
After pressing the workpiece, after a set time, the traction motor rotates to send out the label, while the fixture rotates to cover the label;
6. After attaching the label, press the product cylinder back and the robotic arm takes away the workpiece, moving up and down to the next workpiece,
7. The removed workpiece leaves the labeling position with the conveyor belt;
8. Collect products - label continuously according to the above cycle.
